Summary: Great location , Lattes is a fabulous base for exploring the area. As regards the accommodation only downside was some of the fixtures and fittings as well as some poolside furniture was broken upon our arrival. we were also asked to vacate one hour earlier than was advertised and felt that we did not have the chance to properly check for bits that we may have left behind as the owner was coming into clean before we had actually left

Summary: We found this rental too be very comfortable for our trip to France to attend the World Figure Skating Championships. My husband and I were accompanied by our adult son and the three bedroom, two bathroom set up was exactlly what we needed. The spacious living room, dining room and kitchen felt like home. We spent our days at the competitions and only returned late in the evening, but would have enjoyed the beautiful pool had the weather been warmer. For late March, we had warn temperatures and sunshine all week, but not pool weather yet. The rental is on the second floor and a bit of a challenge for the heavy suitcases we brought, but we managed. The owner lives downstairs and is very helpful. The only real challenge is parking. This home is in a residential area and street parking all taken by the time we returned in the evening. There is private parking on the property, but the gate entrance on a side street is very narrow and required two of us to help the driver navigate in and out each day. The property and the owner were charming!

Summary: We have just returned from a lovely fortnight's stay here and are missing it a lot! The apartment is large and well-equipped with comfortable beds and nice furniture. The pool was a great hit - large and clean with plenty of sun loungers around it and we spent a lot of time there. The tortoises which live alongside were a major source of interest for one of our boys and he spent many happy hours just watching them. Gérard was the soul of kindness - he made us extremely welcome and nothing was too much trouble. He and Monique were the perfect hosts- thank you to them. Everything is on hand and you don't need a car. Local shops including a supermarket are 5 minutes walk. Montpelier is an easy tram ride away, as is the beach. And do go to the fantastic Sunday morning market in Lattes.

Summary: The apartment , in the first floor of a beautiful house, was as described, but rather warm in the rooms without A/C. Well equipped, in a quiet neighbourhood and an excellent host in Mr. Gerard Monier, a warm and welcoming person. Great to have a swimming pool. We hope to visit the place again.

Summary: We found the property was beautiful, comfy beds and the furniture was high end. The pool was great, clean and lots of lounge beds available, the BBQ area was excellent with table and chairs. The owner Gerard was absolutely lovely, he respected our privacy and was charming, he invited us for aperitifs and made us more than welcome. Would recommend to anybody.

Summary: We had a warm welcome from Mr Monier.. We loved the Pool. The flat was very well appointed. Fully recommended. Very good location to visit the area. And loved the tortoises.

Summary: Gerard Monier was the perfect host. Discreet yet there if we needed a query to be answered. The apartment was spacious and beatifully furnished.The pool and outdoor area was superb. The property was only a 5 minute walk from the nearest tram stop and from here just 15-20 mins into central Montpellier. Local cycle paths took you to a nature reserve and further afield to the beach at Palavas les Flots. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in and around this part of southern France.
